  • 1 cup almond flour Can be substituted with other gluten-free flours, but texture may vary.

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder Leavening agent for rising.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, almond flour, eggs, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Stir the mixture until it transforms into a smooth batter.
  4. Carefully pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top turns a lovely golden brown. Check doneness by inserting a toothpick in the center; it should come out clean.
  6. Allow the bread to cool slightly before slicing for easier serving.
