  • 6 large eggs Fresh eggs enhance flavor
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder For added flavor
  • teaspoon cayenne pepper Optional for spice
  • 4 large flour tortillas For wrapping the filling
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Cheddar or your choice
  • 6 strips crispy bacon Can be substituted with turkey bacon
  • 1 cup roasted potatoes Optional for added substance
  • Salt and pepper To taste

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat until it’s bubbling gently.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper until everything is blended smoothly.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and scramble until they’re fully cooked.
  4. While the eggs are cooking, warm your tortillas in a separate pan or the microwave.
  5. On each tortilla, layer the scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, roasted potatoes (if using), and sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Roll the tortilla tightly to form your burrito.
  7. Place each burrito seam-side down in the skillet, toasting for a couple of minutes until the cheese melts and the tortilla turns golden.
  8. Serve while warm and enjoy every delicious bite!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. To reheat, microwave for a minute or two or warm in a skillet. Burritos can also be frozen for up to a month.
