Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel. Season lightly with salt and pepper for enhanced flavor.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, and dried Italian herbs. Mix until it forms a spreadable paste.
  4. Generously apply this creamy mixture over each chicken breast, pressing it down gently to ensure it adheres.
  5. Place the coated chicken breasts in a lightly oiled baking dish, arranging them in a single layer.
Cooking
  1. Bake for approximately 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the cheese is beautifully golden.
  2. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing. If you like, garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes
