  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Decorating Ingredients
  • green frosting Green frosting for decoration Cream cheese frosting or pre-made can be used.
  • white frosting White frosting for laces Can use piping bags for better designs.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a large football-shaped baking pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, melt the unsalted butter. Stir in the granulated sugar until well combined and smooth.
  3. Add each egg one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until well incorporated.
  5. Pour the brownie batter into the greased pan and spread it evenly.
Baking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  2. Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan before decorating.
Decoration
  1. Using green frosting, create a football field design, then pipe white frosting for the laces.
  2. Slice into pieces and serve at your game day festivities!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days or freeze for up to three months. For an extra fudgy texture, try adding an additional egg or reducing the baking time slightly.
