  • 1 cup A mix of seasonal fruits
Avocado Toast
  • 2 slices Whole grain bread
  • 2 medium Ripe avocados
  • to taste Salt, pepper, and optional toppings (like cherry tomatoes or poached eggs)
Egg Muffins
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 cup Spinach Chopped
  • 1 cup Cheese (cheddar or feta)
  • 1 cup Bell peppers Chopped
Smoothie Bowl
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • 1 cup Toppings: granola, coconut flakes, nuts
Pancakes
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 cup Milk
Chia Seed Pudding
  • 1/4 cup Chia seeds
  • 1 cup Liquid (like coconut milk)

  • 6 Scrambled eggs
  • 1 can Black beans Drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Cheese Shredded
  • 1/2 cup Salsa

Method
 

Oatmeal with Fresh Fruits
  1. Cook oats according to package instructions. Once ready, top with fruits and drizzle with honey.
Avocado Toast
  1. Toast your bread. Mash the avocado with a pinch of salt and pepper, then spread it on the toast. Add toppings as desired.
Egg Muffins
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Whisk eggs and mix in chopped veggies and cheese. Pour the mixture into muffin tins and bake for 20 minutes or until set.
Smoothie Bowl
  1. Blend bananas, spinach, and almond milk until smooth. Pour into a bowl and top with granola and coconut.
Pancakes
