Ingredients
  

For the Chicken Filling
  • 2 large chicken breasts, diced Cut into uniform pieces for even cooking.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder Can substitute with garlic salt or fresh minced garlic.
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper
For the Wraps
  • 4 large flour tortillas Can use whole wheat or gluten-free if desired.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Can substitute with other cheeses if preferred.
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup creamy garlic sauce Can experiment with different sauces.
  • to taste Fresh parsley, chopped For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Ensure every piece of chicken is well-coated.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add the seasoned chicken. Cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is golden and cooked through. Once done, remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  3. Lay the tortillas on a flat surface. Spread a generous layer of creamy garlic sauce over each one.
  4. Evenly distribute the cooked chicken across the tortillas, then sprinkle with both cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  5. Fold each tortilla over to create a wrap.
Cooking
  1. Use the same pan to grill the folded wraps for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are crispy and golden.
  2. Remove from heat, cut each wrap in half, and garnish with freshly chopped parsley if desired. Serve immediately!

Notes

These wraps are versatile; consider adding sautéed veggies or avocado for extra flavor and nutrition. Must allow chicken to cool slightly before assembling to prevent soggy tortillas.
