Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken and garlic aioli. Mix well until the chicken is evenly coated.
- Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface. Divide the chicken mixture among them.
- Sprinkle your cheddar cheese generously over the chicken.
- Season with salt and pepper according to taste.
- Roll each tortilla tightly, then place them seam-side down in a baking dish.
Cooking
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the tortillas are golden and the cheese is bubbling.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, then slice in half and serve.
Notes
These wraps can be paired with a fresh side salad or oven-roasted vegetables. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days or frozen unbaked.
