  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded) Can use leftover rotisserie chicken.
  • 1/2 cup garlic aioli Can substitute with mayonnaise mixed with minced garlic and lemon juice.
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded) Pepper jack or mozzarella can be used for different flavors.
  • 4 large tortillas Use gluten-free tortillas to make it gluten-free.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust according to preference.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken and garlic aioli. Mix well until the chicken is evenly coated.
  3. Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface. Divide the chicken mixture among them.
  4. Sprinkle your cheddar cheese generously over the chicken.
  5. Season with salt and pepper according to taste.
  6. Roll each tortilla tightly, then place them seam-side down in a baking dish.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the tortillas are golden and the cheese is bubbling.
  2. Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, then slice in half and serve.

Notes

These wraps can be paired with a fresh side salad or oven-roasted vegetables. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days or frozen unbaked.
