Wraps
  • 4 large flour tortillas Can substitute with gluten-free tortillas.
  • to taste Fresh parsley, chopped For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the shredded chicken, mixing well with the garlic.
  4. Sprinkle in Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, mixing thoroughly.
  5. Fold in mozzarella cheese until beautifully incorporated.
  6. Lay out tortillas and evenly distribute the cheesy chicken mixture.
  7. Fold in sides of each tortilla and tightly roll them up from the bottom.
Cooking
  1. For a crispy finish, toast each wrap on medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  2. Slice wraps in half and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. For longer storage, freeze before toasting and consume within two months.
