  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract For a hint of flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the chia seeds with the milk and vanilla extract.
  2. Stir thoroughly to ensure there are no clumps of chia seeds.
  3. Allow the mixture to sit for about 10 minutes before stirring again.
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight.
  5. Before serving, give it another stir. Add the sweetener if desired, and top it with fresh fruits.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to five days. Experiment with flavors and toppings for variety.
