- Start by laying a whole wheat tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- In the center of the tortilla, layer a generous portion of shredded chicken, a few slices of avocado, a handful of shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and a sprinkle of sliced red onion.
- Season with salt and pepper to your liking, and drizzle with lime juice if you choose.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll it up tightly from the bottom to enclose the filling.
- Repeat this process with the remaining tortillas until all your wraps are prepared.
- Finally, slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve right away for the best flavor and texture.

These wraps are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the fridge for up to two days or frozen (filling separately) for about a month.
