Preparation
- Wash your fresh strawberries and dry them thoroughly.
- Dip each strawberry into the Strawberry Greek yogurt, making sure it’s coated well.
- Place the coated strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Melt the dark chocolate until smooth.
- Dip each yogurt-coated strawberry into the melted chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off before returning them to the baking sheet.
- Freeze for about 30 minutes until they are set and ready to enjoy.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month. Allow to thaw at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.
