Preparation
  1. Preheat your skillet or griddle over medium heat and grease it lightly with butter or oil.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well combined.
  3. Unwrap the cinnamon rolls and slice each one into four bite-sized pieces.
  4. Dip each cinnamon roll piece into the egg mixture, allowing them to soak for a few seconds.
Cooking
  1. Place the soaked pieces onto the preheated skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  2. Once cooked, remove the bites from the skillet and serve them warm, topped with maple syrup or a light dusting of powdered sugar.

Notes
