  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Spread the cottage cheese evenly across the sheet, forming thin circles.
  4. Add your seasonings or sprinkle Parmesan as desired.
  5. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until they're crispy and golden brown.
  6. Take them out and let them cool—they’ll get crunchier as they cool!
Microwave Method
  1. Place parchment paper on a microwave-safe plate.
  2. Spread the cottage cheese into thin discs, similar to the oven method.
  3. Microwave on high for about 4-6 minutes, checking for crispiness along the way.

Notes
