- Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until they're crispy and golden brown.
- Take them out and let them cool—they’ll get crunchier as they cool!
Microwave Method
- Place parchment paper on a microwave-safe plate.
- Spread the cottage cheese into thin discs, similar to the oven method.
- Microwave on high for about 4-6 minutes, checking for crispiness along the way.
- Let it cool and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature, best eaten within 2-3 days. For freezing, place in a single layer on a baking sheet, then transfer to a freezer-safe bag. Reheat in oven to regain crunch.
