- Smash the eggs: On a plate, gently smash the peeled soft-cooked eggs. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to enhance their flavor.
- Combine: Generously spoon the herbed yogurt mixture over the smashed eggs, making sure to cover them well.
- Add a drizzle: If desired, finish off with a light drizzle of olive oil and serve immediately.
Notes
