Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, warm the olive oil over medium heat. Add the broccoli and sauté until it's tender.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, cooked broccoli, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well-blended and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading evenly across the bottom.
- Generously sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbling and the top is golden brown.
- Allow it to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Pair with a salad or cauliflower rice for a complete meal. Store leftovers in an airtight container; it can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for up to a month.
