  • 5 cups broccoli florets
  • 8 slices cooked turkey bacon, chopped Feel free to swap for your favorite type of bacon.
  • 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced Can use fresh chicken, ensure it’s cooked thoroughly.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar
  • 1 cup ranch dressing Can be swapped for creamy garlic sauce or other dressings.
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar (for topping)
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella (for topping)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Steam or blanch the broccoli until just tender, then drain well.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, broccoli, chopped turkey bacon, minced garlic, mozzarella, cheddar, and ranch dressing.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  5. Top with additional mozzarella and cheddar.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly.
  2. Let it rest for 5–10 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.

Notes

Serve with a fresh side salad or cauliflower rice for added crunch. For a creative twist, substitute broccoli for spinach or cauliflower, or use different cheeses.
