- In a large bowl, combine ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes. Mix well.
- Fold in crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, and Worcestershire sauce until evenly coated.
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a patty, pressing down in the center for even cooking.
Cooking
- Heat the grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the burgers for 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness is reached.
- While burgers cook, butter the insides of brioche buns and toast until golden brown.
Assembly
- Place each burger patty on a toasted bun and top with lettuce, tomato, and pickles as desired.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or skillet. Freeze uncooked patties to prevent freezer burn.
