  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lay the flour tortillas flat on your workspace.
  3. Evenly distribute the sliced roast beef and shredded cheese on each tortilla.
  4. Roll each tortilla tightly, ensuring the filling stays secure, and position them seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  5. Brush the tops of the roll-ups with melted butter. Sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, and dried parsley.
Baking
  1. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until they are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
Au Jus Preparation
  1. Meanwhile, prepare the au jus by combining beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a saucepan. Simmer for 5–7 minutes.
Serving
  1. Once baked, remove the roll-ups from the oven, slice them into bite-sized pieces, and serve warm with the au jus for dipping.

Notes

For easier rolling, warm the tortillas slightly in the microwave for a few seconds to make them more pliable. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. To reheat, use a toaster or standard oven at 350°F (175°C). Avoid the microwave.
