Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lay the flour tortillas flat on your workspace.
- Evenly distribute the sliced roast beef and shredded cheese on each tortilla.
- Roll each tortilla tightly, ensuring the filling stays secure, and position them seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush the tops of the roll-ups with melted butter. Sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, and dried parsley.
Baking
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until they are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
Au Jus Preparation
- Meanwhile, prepare the au jus by combining beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a saucepan. Simmer for 5–7 minutes.
Serving
- Once baked, remove the roll-ups from the oven, slice them into bite-sized pieces, and serve warm with the au jus for dipping.
Notes
For easier rolling, warm the tortillas slightly in the microwave for a few seconds to make them more pliable. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. To reheat, use a toaster or standard oven at 350°F (175°C). Avoid the microwave.
