Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper. For thicker brownies, opt for an 8×8 or 9×9 pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, oil, hot coffee, and the egg. Whisk until fully combined.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow the brownies to cool completely. If they feel soft, chill them in the freezer for 10-15 minutes for easier handling.
Making Ganache
- Prepare the chocolate ganache by combining the chocolate chips and hot heavy cream in a medium bowl.
- Let it sit for a few minutes before whisking until smooth.
Assembly
- Dip the tops of the cooled brownies into the warm ganache, and then place them back onto the baking sheet.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments, stirring in between to avoid burning.
- Transfer the melted white chocolate to a piping bag or ziplock bag with the tip cut off to create football designs on your brownies.
- Allow your decorated brownies to set in the fridge before serving.
Notes
Store brownies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. Refrigerate for an additional week or freeze for up to 3 months. Use high-quality ingredients for the best flavor.
