Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
- Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits.
- Flatten each biscuit with your fingers or a rolling pin. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit.
- Carefully fold the biscuit over the filling and pinch the edges to seal them tightly.
- Arrange the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with melted butter for that golden finish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until they turn a beautiful golden brown.
- Before serving, sprinkle with some freshly chopped parsley for a burst of color and flavor.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute ground turkey or use reduced-fat cheese. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 days or frozen individually.
