Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
  3. Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits.
  4. Flatten each biscuit with your fingers or a rolling pin. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit.
  5. Carefully fold the biscuit over the filling and pinch the edges to seal them tightly.
  6. Arrange the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the tops with melted butter for that golden finish.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until they turn a beautiful golden brown.
  9. Before serving, sprinkle with some freshly chopped parsley for a burst of color and flavor.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute ground turkey or use reduced-fat cheese. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 days or frozen individually.
