Preparation
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until fully browned. Drain any excess fat and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce if using.
- Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar and cream cheese until they blend together nicely.
Assembly and Baking
- Preheat your oven to 190 °C (375 °F). Flatten each biscuit dough piece into circles about 4 inches wide.
- Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the beef-cheese mixture into the center of each circle. Bring the edges together and pinch tightly to seal the filling inside, forming a ball.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with minced garlic and Parmesan cheese. Brush this garlic-Parmesan mixture generously over the tops of each sealed ball.
- Place the bombs seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until they turn golden brown and are cooked through.
- Allow them to cool for a couple of minutes. If you like, sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
Notes
These bombs pair well with a fresh side salad, crispy fries, or vegetable sticks with a creamy dip. For a themed gathering, offer various dipping sauces.
