  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs Can use gluten-free breadcrumbs if needed.
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup milk

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or lightly oiling it.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, egg, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and milk. Mix everything together thoroughly.
  3. Divide the mixture into six equal portions and shape each portion into a mini loaf. Arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until they turn golden brown. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
  2. Once baked, let them rest for five minutes before digging in.

Notes
