  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Add while skewers are still hot for the best melt.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Adjust to preference.
  • Skewers If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer, oven, or grill to 400°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken pieces with ranch seasoning and melted garlic butter, mixing until well-coated.
  3. Skewer the chicken pieces onto your chosen skewers.
  4. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste on the chicken.
Cooking
  1. Cook the skewers in the air fryer or oven for 10-15 minutes until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
  2. On the grill, ensure the chicken is no longer pink inside.
  3. As soon as they are done, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the skewers.

Notes
