Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Trim any excess fat from the chicken tenders and pat them dry to ensure a nice crispy coating.
- Set up three shallow bowls: one with seasoned flour, another with garlic oil, and the third with the Panko-Parmesan mixture.
Baking
- Dredge each tender in the flour, dip in garlic oil, and then coat thoroughly with the Panko mix.
- Arrange the tenders on the baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
- Flip the tenders and bake for an additional 5-8 minutes, until they are golden brown and cooked through (reaching an internal temperature of 165°F).
- Let the tenders rest for 2 minutes before serving, and enjoy them with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
These tenders are great with a variety of side dishes like salads, fries, or mashed potatoes. Optionally, drizzle extra Parmesan on top before serving and offer a selection of dipping sauces.
