  • 1 cup breadcrumbs Can substitute with gluten-free breadcrumbs.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • Cooking spray or olive oil For crispiness enhancement.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken strip into the beaten eggs, ensuring it’s well-coated.
Coating
  1. Roll the egg-coated chicken in the breadcrumb mixture until fully covered.
  2. Place the coated chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Lightly spray them with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.
Baking
  1. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months. For best results when reheating, use the oven at 375°F (190°C).
