  • 1 cup Tomatoes Diced
  • 1 medium Onion Sliced
  • 1/2 cup Pepperoncini Sliced
  • 6 ounces Salami
  • 6 ounces Capicola
  • 6 ounces Provolone cheese
For the Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper To taste

  1. Begin by slicing the Italian bread or hoagie rolls horizontally to create a delightful pocket.
