  • 1 package Ladyfingers or sponge cake Substitute with gluten-free options if needed.

Preparation
  1. Prepare the jelly according to the package instructions and refrigerate until set.
  2. In a saucepan, mix the custard powder with sugar and a splash of milk to form a smooth paste. Gradually add the remaining milk.
  3. Heat over medium flame, whisking continuously until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and let cool.
Layering and Serving
  1. In a large serving dish, layer the set jelly, followed by custard, and your choice of fresh fruits.
  2. Repeat the layering process until the dish is filled. End with a layer of fruit or custard.
  3. Top with whipped cream and additional fruits for decoration.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.

Notes

For a trendy presentation, serve in individual glass jars. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Avoid freezing.
