  • 1 lb ground beef You can substitute with ground turkey or chicken.
  • 1/2 whole bell pepper, sliced Feel free to swap with your favorite veggies.
  • 1/2 whole onion, sliced Caramelized onions can be used for added sweetness.
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese Consider mixing different cheeses for variety.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley Optional, for garnish.
  • as needed Low-carb wraps or cheese for rolling Almond flour tortillas or mozzarella cheese slices work.

Preparation
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat, then add the ground beef, cooking until it's browned. Make sure to drain any excess fat.
  2. Once the beef is browned, toss the sliced bell pepper, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper into the skillet. Cook until the onions and peppers are tender and aromatic.
  3. Mix in the cream cheese and shredded provolone cheese. Stir until everything is melted and well combined.
  4. Lay out your low-carb wraps or cheese slices on a flat surface and spoon a generous amount of the beef mixture onto each wrap.
  5. Roll them tightly up and secure with toothpicks if necessary.
  6. Serve your warm rolls garnished with fresh parsley.
