Cooking
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the ground beef, minced garlic, and ginger. Cook until the beef is browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Drain any excess fat to keep the dish lean.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce and let it simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. Serve the beef mixture over the cooked rice, garnishing with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to a month. Reheat thoroughly before serving.
