  • 4 pieces salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons butter Melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Feel free to swap fresh garlic for garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice Can substitute with lime or orange juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional) Adds a pop of color and flavor

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Begin by heating a skillet over medium-high heat and melting the butter.
  2. While the butter is warming, season the salmon fillets generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Once the butter is melted, place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy.
  4. Carefully flip each fillet and add minced garlic and lemon juice to the skillet.
  5. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving for an extra pop of color and flavor.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. You can freeze cooked salmon for about 2 months.
