Preparation

- Place the sweet onion on a piece of aluminum foil.

- Generously pour the mixture over the onion, ensuring it's well coated.
- Wrap the onion tightly in the foil and place it on a baking sheet for stability.
Cooking
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the onion is delightfully tender.
- Remove from the oven, unwrap, and allow to cool slightly before serving.
- Add more salt to taste and garnish with parsley if desired.
Notes
