Preparation
  1. Begin by filling a large glass with ice.
  2. Pour the coconut syrup and fresh lime juice into the glass over the ice.
  3. Slowly add the Diet Coke on top to maintain its fizz.
  4. Finish with half & half or heavy cream, stirring gently to combine all the flavors.
