Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, mix in the minced garlic and cook for about a minute until fragrant.
- In another bowl, stir together the brown sugar, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the salmon fillets on top.
- Brush each fillet generously with the garlic butter mixture and sprinkle the spice blend evenly over each.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve with fresh lemon wedges.
Notes
If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. For longer preservation, wrap portions tightly in plastic wrap or aluminum foil and freeze. Reheat at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
