Preparation
- Start by preheating your oven to 450°F (232°C).
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray it with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Carefully place the salmon filets on the pan, skin-side down, and brush generously with melted butter.
- Sprinkle the salmon with paprika, garlic powder, kosher salt, and black pepper.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-16 minutes, until the thickest part reaches 145°F (63°C) on an instant-read thermometer.
- Serve with fresh lemon slices and a sprinkle of dill.
Notes
For extra crispy skin, place the salmon under the broiler for the last 2 minutes of cooking. Store leftovers tightly wrapped for about 3 days in the refrigerator, or freeze for longer storage.
