Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, Dijon mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Arrange your salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them, making sure each piece is coated.
