Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the tortillas flat on a clean surface.
- Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over each tortilla.
- Evenly sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Add your choice of toppings on top of the cheese.
- Carefully roll each tortilla into a tight log and position them seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
Baking
- Bake in your preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden around the edges and the cheese is bubbling.
- Once done, take them out, allow to cool slightly, slice into pinwheels, and serve with extra sauce for dipping if desired!
Notes
To avoid soggy tortillas, use a light hand with the pizza sauce. Pre-cook any meats and sauté any veggies for extra flavor before adding them. For a crispy finish, broil for an additional 1-2 minutes once baked.
