Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 3 large flour or corn tortillas Use gluten-free tortillas if needed.
  • 1 cup pizza sauce Homemade or store-bought.
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup assorted pizza toppings Such as pepperoni, bell peppers, olives, mushrooms, or your choice.
Seasoning and Oil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For brushing.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the tortillas flat on a clean surface.
  3. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over each tortilla.
  4. Evenly sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  5. Add your choice of toppings on top of the cheese.
  6. Carefully roll each tortilla into a tight log and position them seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  7. Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
Baking
  1. Bake in your preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden around the edges and the cheese is bubbling.
  2. Once done, take them out, allow to cool slightly, slice into pinwheels, and serve with extra sauce for dipping if desired!

Notes

To avoid soggy tortillas, use a light hand with the pizza sauce. Pre-cook any meats and sauté any veggies for extra flavor before adding them. For a crispy finish, broil for an additional 1-2 minutes once baked.
