  • 2 large eggs, scrambled
  • to taste shredded cheese (optional) Cheddar, pepper jack, or your favorite

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. Scramble the eggs in a nonstick skillet over medium heat, seasoning them with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Cook the sausage links in the same skillet until they are heated through, then crumble them.
  4. Combine the cooked sausage and scrambled eggs in a bowl. If you wish, stir in some shredded cheese for an extra creamy texture.
Assembly

  2. Roll each triangle from the wide end towards the narrow tip, placing them seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Baking
  1. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until they are golden brown and fragrant.
  2. Let cool briefly before serving to avoid burning your mouth on the hot filling!
