Preparation
- Heat a medium skillet over medium heat.
- Generously butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Place a slice of bread in the skillet, butter-side down.
- Layer on a generous helping of Brie cheese, followed by apple slices, and top with cranberry sauce.
- Add another slice of bread on top, butter-side up.
- Cook until the bottom slice turns golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Carefully flip and brown the other side.
- Once both sides are crispy and the cheese is melted, remove from heat, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
Pair with butternut squash soup, a side salad, or apple cider for the best experience. Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
