- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large oven-safe skillet, combine the frozen dumplings and mixed vegetables.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the chicken or vegetable broth, soy sauce, and sriracha.
- Pour this broth mixture over the dumplings and veggies.
- Bring the skillet to a boil on the stovetop, then remove it from the heat.
- If you’re using cheese, sprinkle it on top now.
- Transfer the skillet to your preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the dumplings are cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
