  • 2 cups chicken or vegetable broth Can use vegetable broth for a vegetarian option
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce Ensure gluten-free if needed
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha Adjust to taste for spice level
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Optional, for topping
  • as needed chopped green onions For garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large oven-safe skillet, combine the frozen dumplings and mixed vegetables.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the chicken or vegetable broth, soy sauce, and sriracha.
  4. Pour this broth mixture over the dumplings and veggies.
  5. Bring the skillet to a boil on the stovetop, then remove it from the heat.
  6. If you’re using cheese, sprinkle it on top now.
  7. Transfer the skillet to your preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the dumplings are cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

This dish is delightful on its own, but can be enhanced with side items like a salad or crusty bread. For leftovers, cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
